Altitude House
The AIS Altitude House supports the “live high, train low” principle by enabling athletes to sleep and relax at altitude while training at sea level.

The facility simulates high altitudes by exposing athletes to low-oxygen, or hypoxic, conditions.
Is altitude the right fit for your sport?
It is important to consider the purpose, training phase, and prior exposure to altitude of the individual athlete(s). Altitude training may be appropriate for many sporting disciplines including endurance, winter, team, and Para-sports.
