I joined the Mental Fitness Program because, through my experiences in sport and life, I’ve come to understand just how important mental fitness and resilience are. As an athlete, it’s easy to focus solely on physical training, but mental wellbeing is a crucial part of performing at your best and navigating life’s challenges. Through this program, I hope to normalise conversations about mental health, reduce stigma, and support others in building the focus, resilience, and confidence they need to pursue their goals and overcome obstacles.
