Throughout my journey as an athlete I’ve learned that mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness. I’m proud to support the AIS Mental Fitness Program and help encourage athletes and young people to prioritise their mental wellbeing and know that seeking help is a sign of strength.
I’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with sport and life, and I know how important mental fitness is. If sharing my story helps even one person realise it’s okay to ask for help, then it’s worth it.
