Learning mental fitness, resilience, self-belief and building support networks has been crucial in my success as an athlete. I believe they are all qualities individuals can implement to everyday life no matter how big or small life’s challenges may feel.
The opportunity to be involved in the Mental Fitness Program is special as I still look back on advice I received from older peers that helped me and I hope I can now help inspire and provide insight into how to build resilience, self-belief and support networks.
