Ashleigh Olive
The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) mission is to lead and enable a united high performance (HP) system that supports Australian athletes/teams to achieve podium success.

Ashleigh is a Sport and Exercise Psychologist with extensive experience supporting elite athletes and performers experiencing disordered eating, body-image and exercise-related concerns.
Ashleigh has worked with elite athletes and performers, from a wide range of sports and performing art disciplines, at the Centre for Integrative Health; a private practice clinic dedicated to the treatment of eating and body image concerns. Ashleigh has a passion for and commitment to promoting positive body-image, and healthy relationships with food and movement among elite athletes and performers.
Ashleigh has acquired extensive experience in her primary area of interest and practice, which involves providing psychological support and implementing evidence-based eating disorder treatments with athletes and performers experiencing low energy availability, relative energy deficiency in sport and sport-related body weight pressures, whilst supporting adherence to safe exercise guidelines during eating disorder recovery. Ashleigh has also been involved with state sport networks and provided sport psychology services to high performance athletes and teams.
