Prior to her work with the FA, Edleen held roles as the Vice President at Morgan Stanley and as a Director and the Co-Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Social Equality at KPMG. Edleen is one of the leading thinkers in the ED&I space, with vast experience working across different environments in the process.
