Rebecca Stafford is a High Performance Diving Coach with the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) and an accomplished diver herself with state titles and national podium finishes. Rebecca was on the NCAA Varsity Diving Team at Youngstown State University between 2012 and 2017. From 2017 to 2019 she was the Head Diving Coach at RAPS Diving Club in Brisbane. She then took up the Graduate Assistant Diving Coach role at Pennsylvania State University between 2019 and 2022 while completing a Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Student-athlete Wellbeing.
