Shayne Watson is the National Pathways Coach with Baseball Australia and has been coaching within the performance pathway, at various levels, over the last 8 years and holds a level 2 ASCA accreditation. Shayne played in the US College system between 2001 and 2003 and in the Australian National Baseball League for the Brisbane Bandits between 2010 and 2015. Prior to his current role with Baseball Australia, he was the High Performance Manager with Baseball Queensland. Shayne is the current assistant coach of the Australian Senior Men's team and U18 Men's team in addition to being the assistant coach of the Brisbane Bandits.
