Benefits
Respectful Behaviours workshop presenters will receive:
- Payment of $2,000 to attend and complete the 3 day intensive training course (in person in Melbourne);
- Payment of $500/day to deliver workshops;
- All travel expenses related to the program covered by the AIS; and
- Ongoing support and continued professional development opportunities.
Becoming a Respectful Behaviours workshop presenter is a valuable opportunity to contribute to the education and improvement of the HP sport system. It will also provide the opportunity for athletes and staff to honestly voice and discuss their experiences. For the presenters it provides personal and professional skill development and networking opportunities.
