Please be aware that the AIS Arena has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend the event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the event.
To assist in providing a safer environment the following security measures will be in place.
There will be a strict NO BAG policy - bags must be no larger than an A4 sheet of paper – please note, backpacks of any size are not permitted in the venue. Backpacks, nappy bags and bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper will need to be cloaked at the venue or returned to your car.
Additionally, bag checks and random wanding may take place at the entry points so please allow extra time for these security checks.
Video cameras, professional cameras with long and/or detachable lens, and iPads will not be permitted in the venue. Selfie sticks are also not permitted in the venue.
A free pram parking service will be made available, this is located in the Marathon Room on ground level – across from Door 1 in the AIS Visitors Centre. Please note – no prams are to be taken into the AIS Arena. No responsibility is taken for the pram whilst it is in this area – we advise no valuables to be kept within the pram.
Please allow additional time to arrive at the venue and access car parks. Parking fees will apply upon entry to the car park. Parking officers may be active in the precinct and patrons are reminded to park legally.
Food and Beverage (other than children’s snacks and drink bottles) cannot be brought into the venue, but will be available for purchase in the venue through various concession stands located both within the AIS Arena and Visitor Centre. Depending on the request from the artist, there may be a direction given that beverages are to only be served in cups and not bottles. Please note, this varies from show to show.
