New induction helps bring Win Well Strategy to life across HP sport system

A new online induction is now available to help people across Australia's High Performance (HP) Sport System better understand the Win Well Strategy and the way in which the system operates. 

Designed for both new and existing staff, the Win Well Strategy: HP Induction provides a high-level introduction to Australia’s HP Sport System and the Win Well Strategy, which shows how elite performances are born from exceptional environments.

Across four modules, participants explore the purpose and principles of Win Well, how the system works together, how individual roles contribute to shared ambitions, and the key system-wide initiatives bringing the strategy to life.   

Developed in response to feedback from HP sport partners, the course addresses the need for a consistent, system-wide induction that helps people understand Win Well and how they can contribute to its goal of creating the best possible environments for athletes to succeed. 

Stakeholders from across the system contributed expertise and feedback to help shape the course, which aims to complement existing organisational inductions.
