Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup)skim milk
  • 200 gcarton low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoonsskim milk powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoonwheat germ (optional)

Any one of the following fruit portions:

  • 1 largeripe banana
  • ½ cupstrawberries
  • 1 peeled largepeach
  • 1 peeledsmall mango

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender.  Blend until frothy.  Drink immediately.

HINT: Experiment with different fruit in season, or keep canned fruits such as peaches or mango on hand for convenience
