Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup)skim milk
- 200 gcarton low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 2 tablespoonsskim milk powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoonwheat germ (optional)
Any one of the following fruit portions:
- 1 largeripe banana
- ½ cupstrawberries
- 1 peeled largepeach
- 1 peeledsmall mango
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until frothy. Drink immediately.
HINT: Experiment with different fruit in season, or keep canned fruits such as peaches or mango on hand for convenience
