Ingredients

  • 4 individual pizza bases (or 1 large base)
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2-4 teaspoons crushed garlic, optional
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 180 g reduced-fat lag ham, chopped
  • 80 g lean bacon, fat trimmed
  • 1 medium red capsicum, chopped
  • 1½ cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 100 g grated reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Place bases on a nonstick baking tray.
  3. Combine sauce and garlic and spread over bases, leaving a 1-cm border, then add toppings.
  4. Drizzle with egg, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, until egg sets.

HINT: Add canned pineapple for sweetness
