Ingredients

  • 800g chicken mince
  • ½ small carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small zucchini, grated
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Authentic Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • 8 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
  • avocado, to serve
  • English spinach leaves, to serve
  • tomato slices, to serve
  • snow pea sprouts, to serve
  • strips of chargrilled capsicum, to serve
  • MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce, to serve

Method

  1. Place chicken, carrot, onion, zucchini, sauces and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape into patties..
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook under grill on medium to high heat for 5 minutes each side. Alternatively cook on a barbecue hotplate for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking tray and place for a further 8 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Spread buns with avocado and assemble burgers with spinach, tomato, chicken patties, snow pea sprouts and capsicum. Serve with MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce on the side.
