Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 500g pork fillet, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 160g broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Authentic Fish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup unsalted cashews
  • rice noodles, to serve

Method

  1. Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry pork in batches until browned. Set aside.
  2. Heat remaining oil to the wok, cook garlic and ginger for 1 minute, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Combine cornflour, sesame oil, soy sauce, MAGGI Authentic Fish Sauce and honey in a small bowl. Add to wok with pork and cashews. Stir until heated through.
  4. Serve with rice noodles.
