Grilled peaches

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • PETERS FARM No Fat Natural Yoghurt

Method

  1. Cut peaches in half and remove stones.
  2. Place peaches cut side up in a shallow heatproof dish.
  3. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over cut surface of the peaches.
  4. Cook under a grill for 3-4 minutes until sugar is dissolved and bubbling.
  5. Serve with yoghurt.

HINT: Pears can be used in place of peaches
