Grilled peaches

Ingredients
- 4 fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- PETERS FARM No Fat Natural Yoghurt
Method
- Cut peaches in half and remove stones.
- Place peaches cut side up in a shallow heatproof dish.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over cut surface of the peaches.
- Cook under a grill for 3-4 minutes until sugar is dissolved and bubbling.
- Serve with yoghurt.
HINT: Pears can be used in place of peaches
