Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup)skim milk
  • 1 scoopNESTLE PETERS Light and Creamy Ice Cream
  • 200 g cartonlow-fat peach mango yoghurt
  • ½ cupsliced peaches in natural juice, drained

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until frothy.
  3. Drink immediately.

HINT: Add ice cubes before blending for an icy cold drink
