- 50g flour
- 50g Margarine
- 1 cup The Complete Dairy milk
Method
- Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat, add flour and mix until it forms a dough (roux), then gradually add the milk whisking constantly till all milk is incorporated and sauce thickens.
- Add sauce to cooked pasta and stir through some cherry tomatoes and spinach
