  • 50g flour
  • 50g Margarine
  • 1 cup The Complete Dairy milk

Method

  1. Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat, add flour and mix until it forms a dough (roux), then gradually add the milk whisking constantly till all milk is incorporated and sauce thickens.
  2. Add sauce to cooked pasta and stir through some cherry tomatoes and spinach
