Development guides
The ASC has developed a development guide for each competency identified in the Participation Leader Success Profile.
These guides provide insights, key actions and a range of activities specifically designed to strengthen and enhance each competency. They include self-reflection questions that allow leaders to gain a better understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement. The guides will help leaders develop their skills, become more effective in their roles and drive positive participation outcomes for their sport.

A 2-page snapshot and checklist document has been developed to complement each guide.
