Background

We're exploring how AI can support coach reflection, learning, and knowledge sharing.

You'll be invited to answer eight questions about your experience as a Gen32 coach. The process should take about 25-30 minutes. Your input will help us understand where AI can genuinely add value, what features are most useful, and how to create a tool that is practical and relevant for coaches.

The process may also help you reflect on your own coaching philosophy, methods, and expertise. Over time, insights from participating coaches may help build a valuable knowledge base, identify best practices, and provide benchmarking opportunities that support continuous improvement.
