Target And Intercept

A skill-building target game that combines accurate throwing with defensive awareness. Players attempt to throw or roll an object past an interceptor and onto a target, while defenders anticipate and disrupt play. The activity develops throwing accuracy, decision-making, anticipation and hand-eye coordination through engaging one-on-one and small-group challenges.
