Target Relay

A fun and active relay challenge that combines ball control, accuracy and teamwork. Players navigate a ball around a course of gates by rolling, dribbling or striking it, before returning to the start and passing to the next teammate. The activity develops object-control skills, coordination, spatial awareness and cooperation through friendly competition.
