Enhancing Australian sport’s workforce capability

The AIS is set to launch a new Attraction and Retention Network who will work with NSO’s to drive workforce improvements across the Australian sporting sector.

The NSO Attraction Network will provide NSO’s with a forum to connect on all human resource related issues and provide a centralised platform for updates on AIS workforce development initiatives and Sport Australia Sports Governance and Organisational Enhancement initiatives relating to the planning, management, attraction, and retention of workforces across the sector.

The four improvement projects will cover: High Performance Remuneration, HR Templates and Reference Materials, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems. Once the projects progress, we will continue to update you on the progress and next steps.
