National Sports Tribunal 12 months in

The National Sports Tribunal (NST) recently held a joint webinar with the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association (ANZSLA) to reflect on the first twelve months of operation, and the announcement to extend the pilot of the NST for an additional year to March 2023.

NST CEO John Boultbee provides an overview of the number of enquires, cases managed, the types of matters heard, and the requirement to facilitate virtual hearings by the NST as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

NST member Judith Levine and former Baseball Australia CEO Cam Vale  are also featured in the webinar, reflecting on their experiences in cases that have progressed through the NST in recent months. Watch now, opens in a new tab
