Professor Groysberg to host Leadership Program for NSOs

Professor Boris Groysberg is a professor of business administration in the Organisational Behaviour unit at Harvard Business School.

Groysberg teaches talent management and leadership courses in the school’s MBA and Executive Education programs. He has won numerous awards for his research, which focuses on the challenge of managing human capital at small and large organisations across the world. Groysberg’s work focuses on how organisations can achieve a sustainable competitive advantage by engaging employees in the implementation of business strategy.

The Leadership program is designed to teach leadership and management practices that impact organisational effectiveness, to understand how leadership and management systems can support strategy, and to use tools and techniques to improve organisational execution and performance. The program is designed for top senior leaders that are involved in efforts that have the potential to create significant value. The material covered includes interactive lecture, case study, and small group discussions.
