Prices

• All prices include GST and are correct at time of publication. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Postage and handling is free for orders within Australia.

How to order

• Orders can be made by telephone, mail, fax or email. Use or photocopy the order form and post/fax it to the address below.
• An order form is available at all times within the catalogue indicated by the order icon (pictured above-left).
• Payment can be made by cheque or money order (made payable to the Australian Sports Commission) or by credit card (minimum $10.00). We accept Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa.
• Please note that prepayment is required before orders can be despatched.
• When ordering by telephone, provide cardholder name, credit card number and expiry date, and details of resources you wish to order.
• Office hours are 9.00am to 4.30pm Tuesday and Thursday. A voicemail service is available outside these hours.

Delivery

• Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks delivery. Urgent orders will no longer be accepted.

Refunds/returns

• The ASC will accept returns of any faulty, incorrect or damaged orders within 14 days from date of despatch. For exchanges or refunds (these depend on goods being received by the ASC in saleable condition), contact the Distribution Officer.
