The 2026 AIS Wellbeing & Engagement Network Summit brings together more than 70 wellbeing practitioners from across Australia’s high performance sport system to strengthen capability, connection, and shared practice.

The 2026 AIS Wellbeing & Engagement Network Summit brings together more than 70 wellbeing practitioners from across Australia’s high performance sport system to strengthen capability, connection, and shared practice. Guided by the theme Wellbeing in Action: Embedding Shared Practice Across the System, the summit focuses on translating wellbeing principles into practical approaches that support sustainable high performance.
Through peer-led sessions, applied workshops, and collaborative problem solving, participants will explore real-world challenges, share insights across sports, and build consistent approaches to athlete wellbeing. The program also incorporates industry perspectives, cultural awareness and targeted skill development, equipping practitioners with practical tools and stronger networks to drive impact within their high-performance environments.

This year’s summit brings together leaders from Rugby League, Rugby Union, AFL, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball, and Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games sports. Speakers include Alisa Camplin OAM, Nicole Livingstone AO OLY, David Solomona, Sucheta Gorolay, Dr Nathan Price (New Zealand Rugby), Dr Toni Minnitt (High Performance Sport New Zealand), and recent Milano Cortina Paralympic medallist Ben Tudhope with more speakers listed below.
