Alisa Camplin OAM is one of Australia’s most respected Olympic champions and a highly regarded leader in high performance sport. She made history at the Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympics, winning gold in aerial skiing, Australia’s first Olympic gold medal in the sport, before backing it up with a bronze medal at the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics.
Following her competitive career, Alisa transitioned into senior leadership roles across the Australian high-performance system, including with the Australian Institute of Sport and Australian Olympic Committee. She served as Chef de Mission for the Australian Team at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, where she played a key role in shaping a high-performing, athlete-centred environment that contributed to Australia’s most successful Winter Olympic campaign.
