Bianca Fermi is the National Network Wellbeing Lead at the Australian Institute of Sport and a highly experienced psychologist and executive coach. With over 15 years in high-performance sport across Australia and the UK, she has supported athletes, coaches and leaders in complex environments. Bianca’s work focuses on building capability and embedding wellbeing as a key driver of sustainable performance across the system.
