Leadership and Culture Talent Programs
The Leadership and Culture Team strives to build capability within the HP sport system, by supporting the development of individual and collective leadership and safe, holistic high performing cultures. The team focuses on three key areas:
- Individual Development
- Team and Culture Development
- System and Organisation Capability Build
Programs available to Australian HP coaches include:
- Developing Others: Designed to enable leaders to broaden their perspectives and enhance how they develop others to succeed in a complex and continuously changing environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Designed to help navigate the complex High-Performance stakeholder system by initiating and maintaining strategic networks and relationships.
- Women’s Talent Programs: Transformational leadership programs designed to support Women working in High-Performance Sport focusing on self-awareness, leadership presence & professional networking.
- Team Dynamics: Building collective capability by supporting intact teams to optimise their team environment, team structure, and team processes to enable the achievement of team outcomes.
