Women’s Leadership Initiative
The purpose of the Women’s Leadership Initiative is to provide targeted leadership development for Women Head Coaches and Women in High level leadership positions across the HP funded sport sector. The leadership development is undertaken through the Leadership Circle Profile, opens in a new tab and executive coaching sessions.
Key Objectives
The key objectives of the ASC Talent Program for Women in Coaching are:
- To provide opportunities for personal and professional development.
- To support and advance women in coaching leadership roles in Australian sport.
- To support, retain and progress targeted talented women in Coaching roles that can challenge the status quo and increase diversity in sport.
Learning
Selected coaches will undertake the Leadership Circle Profile, opens in a new tab, a formal debrief and three online executive coaching sessions throughout 2026.
