WC2WB will bring together leaders of the high-performance system for two days of networking, learning and collaboration. By uniting our leaders with thought innovators from inside and outside of sport, WC2WB 2025 will ensure we continue to deliver the very best of sport to Australia and the world.

Theme

Horizon 2: on the road to sustainable performance – stories of success and opportunities… 

The conference theme relates to the second Horizon of Australia’s HP 2032+ Sport Strategy (Win Well Strategy), a strategy co-designed and owned by the entire Australian HP sport system. 

Four keynote speakers will deliver thought-provoking addresses, aligned to the core values of the Win Well Strategy; Excellence, Courage, Belonging and Connection.
