Go behind the scenes at the Australian Institute of Sport!
Experience Australia’s premier elite sports precinct and one of Canberra’s most popular tourist attractions.
The guided tour takes you behind the scenes of our world-class training facilities.
Included in the tour is Sportex, a fun and exciting interactive sports exhibit where you can challenge your friends and family while being surrounded by Australian sports memorabilia.
Patrons can also visit the AIS Shop, opens in a new tab for exclusive apparel and souvenirs and refuel at the AIS café.
Opening Times
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Weekends: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Public Tours
Guided public tours depart daily from the AIS Visitor Centre.
Tour times: 10 am, 11:30 am, 1 pm and 2:30 pm Duration: 90 minutes
Bookings are not required for public tours
Group Tours
Groups of 15 or over must book in advance. Contact the AIS Tours team to enquire about availability.
