Our Luxury Offerings have been created to provide a premium experience of our facilities. Both options allow visitors to witness athletes training, supported by AIS staff and world-class technology and facilities to achieve their best.

Gold Experience

The Gold Experience offers a unique perspective into the world of sport, with a behind-the-scenes tour of the AIS facility, of up to 3 hours. Tour groups can choose from a range of experiences to participate in throughout the tour.

Potential inclusions (tour itineraries are created dependent on staff and athlete availability and tour group preferences).

• Behind-the-scenes guided tour with an athlete, including 30 minutes in Sportex (our interactive sports exhibition and museum)
• Shoot hoops with a Centre of Excellence Basketball player​
• Exclusive access to an AIS performance services expert
• Dine with an athlete at the athlete Dining Hall​

Athlete Immersion

Our exclusive Athlete Immersion tour allows you to step into the world of Australia’s high performing athletes. Choose your own adventure and pick from testing your fitness with our performance experts, conquer sporting challenges, and gain exclusive insights from our AIS high-performance specialists. All offerings will include a tour of the AIS campus with an athlete and an experienced tour guide.

Potential inclusions (tour itineraries are created dependent on staff and athlete availability and tour group preferences). Select three of the following experiences:

• Meet a high performance athlete.
• Go under our high performance pool and learn about our cutting edge technology.
• Test your agility in the strength and conditioning gym, alongside athletes.
• Access to our strength and conditioning staff to learn about performance tips and tricks.
• Gain a deeper insight from our high performance experts on psychology, sleep, nutrition  and/or recovery.
• Access to the recovery centre (ice baths and plunge pools).
• See inside our world leading Altitude House and Environmental Chamber (late 2025).
• Dine with an athlete in the dining hall (lunch included).

Each guest will receive a gift of an AIS merch pack valued at $150.

Terms and conditions

Full terms and conditions will be provided to patrons before finalising booking. Booking times will be negotiable based on staff and athlete availability. Tours must be booked 3 months in advance.
