The Strategy’s overarching goal is to increase participation within underrepresented community groups, including First Nations, by making the sport of bowls more inclusive and welcoming. By 2026, 3 years Bowls Australia aim to have Acknowledgement of Country at all National/State/Territory events; NAIDOC week celebration on all Bowls media channels; Commence and continue development of a Reconciliation Action Plan; Establish a national register of clubs with traditional place names and people.
