Cricket Australia, opens in a new tab is committed to creating safe and welcoming environment for the LGBTQ+ community to engage with all aspects of our sport. Through our partnership with Pride in Sport we are focused on continuing to develop strategies and commit to actions to ensure all individuals can engage with cricket authentically.
Policies and guidelines

International
- In November 2023, the ICC Board approved, opens in a new tab new gender eligibility regulations for the international game. The new policy means any participants who have been through any form of male puberty will not be eligible to participate in the international women’s game regardless of any surgery or gender reassignment treatment they may have undertaken.
