Sport and Recreation Victoria, opens in a new tab is dedicated to building a thriving, inclusive and connected sport and active recreation sector that benefits all Victorians.

• Fair Play Code, opens in a new tab. Restoring sportsmanship, integrity and respect in sport. The Fair Play Code outlines the standards of behaviour expected by everyone involved in sport in Victoria. Includes a resource for LGBTIQ+ Inclusion in Sport and Active Recreation.

Vicsport

Vicsport, opens in a new tab are the peak body for sport and active recreation in Victoria and work closely with the Victorian Government to promote the many benefits sport has to offer.

• Rainbow Roadmap, opens in a new tab, (2021). In partnership with Proud 2 Play, Vicsport has created the Rainbow Roadmap to assist sport organisations in achieving rainbow ready status. Our vision is that all Victorian sport associations provide safe, inclusive and affirming opportunities for LGBTIQ+ people to enjoy the benefits of sport and active recreation.

Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, opens in a new tab works to protect individuals' human rights, to promote fair treatment for all Victorians, and advocate for a diverse and inclusive state. They work with government, the public sector, community organisations and individuals to create a fairer, safer Victoria.
