NationalAthletics for the Outback, opens in a new tab, Athletics Australia, (accessed 26 August 2025). Under AA's First Nations programs this initiative is focused on engaging regional and remote communities. It aims to create relevant programs through a consultation process prior to delivery.

The Clearinghouse for Sport pay our respects to the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and acknowledge the valuable contribution Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people make to Australian society and sport.
