Surf Life Saving

Women’s Mentoring Program, opens in a new tab, Surf Life Saving Australia, (accessed 8 August 2025). Established in 2020, the Women’s Mentoring Program pairs mentees and mentors from across the country in order to develop and support emerging female leaders within the movement. In 2024, the sixth edition of the program, fifty-four participants (27 mentees and mentors) from clubs across Australia were paired together according to their shared experiences and aspirations, both within Surf Life Saving and in their professional lives.
