Tennis Australia, opens in a new tab provides several resources to help encourage women and girls to be involved in tennis at all levels.
- Women and Girls Strategy 2022-2027, opens in a new tab, (2022). Tennis Australia has a strategic commitment is to be a global leader in inclusion and diversity. This strategy has been developed to improve access and opportunities for women and girls to achieve gender equality in the sport. Our vision is that there are No limits for women and girls on and off the court.
- State of Play, opens in a new tab, (30 September 2024). Significant strides were made this year, including increased representation of women in coaching and leadership roles, as well as more girls benefitting from tailored development programs.
- Learn 2 Lead program, opens in a new tab, (accessed 5 August 2025). Aims to equip young women aged 14-18 with leadership skills and confidence to lead change in their local tennis communities.
- Women Leaders in Tennis Program, opens in a new tab, (accessed 5 August 2025). Aims to increase the participation of women and girls in community leadership positions through professional development, mentorship and networking opportunities.
- Coaching opportunities, opens in a new tab, (accessed 5 August 2025). Includes news about women coaches in tennis, Coach Connect program to engage, educate and connect women coaches across the country through mentoring and professional development opportunities; women's coaching scholarships; and a national course and workshop calendar.
International Tennis Federation (ITF)
In 2018, the International Tennis Federation, opens in a new tab, launched their Gender Equality Strategy, 'Advantage All'. The goal is to develop and maintain tennis as an equal advantage sport which serves as an inspirational role model for all Olympic and Paralympic sports. Ultimately, achieving gender balance – where everyone is provided the same advantage and opportunity across the sport, both on and off court – will make tennis better for everyone.

- ITF Gender Equality Strategy 2019-2024, opens in a new tab, (2019). In August 2018 ITF formally announced their ongoing commitment to increasing the number of women on and off the court with the launch of the Gender Equality Strategy.

Features contributions from women working in different areas across the game, on subjects such as coaching, officiating and competitive play.
