Injury and illness are known detractors for performance, but many cases can be avoided through the application of well designed and implemented preventative strategies. This module is designed for clinicians and performance support practitioners working with Australian high performance athletes and aims to deliver information to enhance awareness and understanding of preventative health principles in sport.
An accompanying online education resource for clinicians has also been developed as a tool to use.
