Diving

A sport involving plunging into a swimming pool or other body of water, often while executing acrobatic stunts.

Diving has been practised in Australia for a long time, although the history of organised competitions is not well known. Australia's first Olympic diving competitor competed at the 1908 London Olympic Games. 1
