Governing body
Judo Australia, opens in a new tab is the organisation recognised by governments at all levels as the national controlling body for the sport of judo in Australia.
History
The inaugural meeting of the Judo Federation of Australia was held in 1952, marking the creation of the sport's first national governing body. 1,3 The organisation was renamed Judo Australia in 2017.
