Biography
Mike is the Head of High Performance for New Zealand Rugby Union with a wider remit across the NZ Rugby pathway, bringing 25 years experience working in rugby across a range of successful high performance sporting environments both within elite teams and leading high performance programmes. With NZ Rugby specifically, Mike has also held roles including High Performance Player Development Manager and High Performance Sports Science Manager. He has now been with the organisation for 14 years.
