Synopsis

Sport should be for everyone – let’s talk about making sport and recreation welcoming and inclusive for women and girls.

While there has been some great progress for women and girls in sport and active recreation, four in five people agree that gender inequality in sport is still an issue that needs fixing.

So how can we make sure sport and recreation are spaces where women feel respected, safe and valued, no matter where they come from, who they are, or what their background is?

This is the question we asked our 2023 Change Our Game Ambassadors – inspiring and influential women championing equality and driving change in sport – as part of our Conversation Series event.

Join our panel discussion and Q&A with Change Our Game Ambassadors as they shared their experiences and perspectives on what is needed to make sport and recreation welcoming and inclusive for all women and girls.
