Generation Impact: Engaging youth through volunteering in sport

This session explored effective strategies for engaging our youth in volunteering opportunities in sport. Tapping into and understanding their motivations is critical when considering how to build great environments for young people in sport and in this session we hear from practitioners from across the sport sector share some of the programs they are developing and implementing, as well as listening to 2023 ASC Sport Volunteer of the Year Elysa Oliveri.
