The Coaching and Officiating Women and Girls Initiative, led by the Australian Sports Commission, supports coaches and officials to create environments where every woman and girl feels valued, capable and connected. In this webinar, Mentoring Women and Girls in Sport, we explore what sets mentors up for success and how they can best support women and girls to thrive. Join Raechel Richards, AA umpire, SSN and VNL umpire coach, and umpire convenor for the Eastern Football Netball League, who is passionate about developing and mentoring young umpires; and Di Huxley, Performance Coach Developer at Australian Athletics, who leads coach development and programs such as the organisation’s Women’s Mentor Program.
