Australia's Competitive Advantage
Australia’s Competitive Advantage (ACA) is the Australian high performance sport system’s collective plan to maximise the once-in-a-generation opportunity presented by Brisbane 2032.
As a Horizon 2 priority of the Win Well Strategy, ACA is focused on identifying and delivering the opportunities that will have the greatest impact on Australian performance through alignment, coordination and purposeful action across the entire sport system.
ACA is bringing sport, government, industry and Games partners together behind a shared national mission. Guided by evidence, the project is focused on four key areas of competitive advantage: leveraging the benefits of a home Games, preparing and strengthening our people, accelerating innovation and problem-solving, and creating a united national effort in support of athlete success.
ACA recognises that Australia's competitive advantage will not come from any one organisation or initiative, but from our ability to work together, identify the opportunities that matter most, and execute them with discipline. It is about finding the critical one-percent gains that could ultimately shape Australia's performance at Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032, while creating a lasting legacy for the nation.

ACA aims to strengthen Australia's high performance sporting system, increase medal potential at Brisbane 2032, and create lasting benefits for Australian sport beyond the Games.
