Improving visibility, sharing success is a key recommendation from the WiHPC Leaky[MD20.1][MD21.1][MD22.1] Pipeline Action Plan.
Visibility shapes what people notice, value and believe is possible. When women coaches are not seen, heard or recognised in high performance environments, their contribution can be underestimated, and future coaching pathways can appear limited or out of reach. Increasing visibility is therefore not only about promotion; it is about changing the conditions that influence opportunity, aspiration, recruitment, retention and belonging.
This includes: • A dedicated and maintained website • Regular events such as the National Showcase for WiHPC.
