Optimising facilitation for women coaches
Optimising facilitation is not about creating different standards for women coaches. It is about creating learning environments where every coach can contribute, develop and thrive. By intentionally designing psychologically safe, learner-centred and strategically aligned learning experiences, organisations strengthen not only individual coaches but the capability of the entire high performance coaching system.
Insights from the WiHPC initiative reinforce that effective learning environments must do more than deliver content. They must create the conditions for women coaches to feel seen, supported and able to contribute fully.
This toolkit contains background insights and key principles to enable the creation and delivery of optimal learning environments for women coaches.
